It takes up to 10 business days for us to process your order and once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We are a small team and therefore cannot typically provide expedited shipping. We do not ship internationally.

If you would like to pick up your order at our Long Beach office, please message us or call (562) 247-5709 to coordinate a pick-up day and time. Please do not come to our office without scheduling a pickup time first!

Instructions for paying through Purchase Orders:

  1. Once you have assembled your materials, please continue to the Check Out page.
  2. After entering your delivery address and calculating your shipping cost, select "Purchase Order" as the payment method during checkout. After completing your order, both an order confirmation and an invoice will be automatically emailed to you (expect two emails, and make sure they don't land in spam!).
  3. Please promptly email a copy of your Purchase Order to store@caltog.org, and include your order number. Please indicate if you would like to pay via check.

We cannot process and send any orders until we have received an emailed copy of your authorized Purchase Order.
