What do I do if an item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock or you are attempting to order more than is available in our inventory, please reach out to us. We will attempt to procure more of the materials you need as fast as possible.
Are there additional taxes or fees?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to locations where it is required by law. The applicable tax rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:
- Most credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.)
- Google Pay or Shop
- Checks via Purchase Order (limited to qualified businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations)
Can I pay with a Purchase Order?
Yes, we accept Purchase Orders from qualified businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations. To place an order using a Purchase Order (PO), please do the following:
- Assemble your cart from our available products.
- On the checkout page add a valid shipping address to calculate your shipping charge.
- Select the "Purchase Order" payment option and complete checkout. An invoice of your order will automatically be emailed to you.
- Email a copy of your PO to store@caltog.org, and include your order number on the document. Please indicate if you will pay with a check. You can pay with card through the payment link on your invoice.
We cannot process or ship any orders until we have received an emailed copy of your Purchase Order. If you need any assitance please reach out to us!
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our Long Beach location. Select the "Pickup" option during checkout and message us or call (562) 247-5709 to coordinate a pick-up day and time. Please do not come to our office without scheduling a pickup time first!
What shipping options are available?
We offer Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
What if I can't verify my address and complete my order?
When you input your address on the checkout page, a dropdown of verified addresses should appear. You might need to enter the full address, including your city. Select your address, which will autofill the relevant fields. This is to prevent any delivery issues due to an unrecognized address. If this process is not working please contact us or give us a call!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes up to one week for us to process your order and once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We are a small team and therefore cannot typically provide expedited shipping. We do not ship internationally.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
