The Seal of Biliteracy Booklet gives an overview of the State Seal of Biliteracy and locally developed biliteracy pathway awards. In addition to defining the award and the rationale and benefits of bilingualism, this booklet gives suggestions for a step-by-step process to implement these recognitions at the district or school site level.
